  • We define your vision, establish deliverables, and translate your ideas into a cohesive concept. This includes research, rough material selection, mood boards, artwork, and creating a vendor-ready initial tech packs.

  • Collaborate on sourcing materials and vendors while creating prototypes or samples. I ensure each phase reflects your brand's goals, refining details through fittings and feedback.

  • From issuing purchase orders and generating barcodes to coordinating labels, hang tags, and trims, I ensure all details are finalized and delivered to the garment factory. I partner with your vendors and logistics team to maintain quality, oversee production standards, and ensure everything runs on schedule.
